Do I need crypto experience to use Paystream?
No. If you can install Phantom or Backpack and click 'Connect', you can use Paystream. We never ask you to bridge, swap, or manually move tokens.
What happens if my client refuses to approve?
After 72 hours of inactivity, escrowed funds auto-release to the freelancer for Fixed contracts and the current milestone for Milestone contracts. The timeout is enforced on-chain — no support ticket needed.
Is my money safe if Paystream goes offline?
Yes. Your USDC lives in a Solana PDA controlled by an open Anchor program. If our website disappeared tomorrow, anyone could call 'withdraw' directly via the on-chain program with the right wallet signature.
